Este vorba despre titlul WhatCar?, biblia cumparatorului de automobile, importat din Marea Britanie. Astfel, va supun atentiei doua rubrici care s-ar putea sa va intereseze&#8230;Ele se cheama Reader Reviews si Reader Rescue. In prima, voi, cititorii, ne veti putea povesti despre masinile voastre sub forma unui mic raport de test drive care sa contina informatii referitoare la constatariile pe care le-ati facut de cand aveti autoturismul. Adica, plusuri si minusuri sau precizari legate de costurile de intretinere si exploatare, consumuri, comportament rutier etc. Atasati apoi o poza si o nota data masinii, de la 1 la 5, 5 being the best si emailatile la <a href="mailto:radu.borcea@recp.ro">radu.borcea@recp.ro</a> sau la <a href="mailto:borcearaducu@hotmail.com">borcearaducu@hotmail.com</a>. Pentru a va face o idee, mai jos am atasat un scan&#8230;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">A doua rubrica, Reader Rescue, va va ajuta in alegerea viitoarei dumneavoastra masini, in sensul in care ne spuneti cam ce va doriti de la o masina si ce bani aveti alocati pentru aceasta investitie, iar noi vom veni cu trei alternative pe care poate le veti si putea testa. <p>Astazi, tovarasii nostrii de la Crumpler ne-au adus la cunostinta implicarea lor intr-un proiect menit sa mai sensibilizeze criza si sa-i ajute pe cei din jurul nostru care nu sunt la fel de norocosi. <p>Elementul de noutate, aprobat si de Crumpler, ar fi ca cei care doresc sa aduca si alte lucruri pentru copilasi pot sa o faca. Pentru acestia, eu propun urmatorul sistem: sa procedeze conform regulilor promotiei, daca doresc sa-si cumpere geanta, iar pentru restul produselor ce se vor donate sa puna mana pe telefon si sa-mi dea un semn si vedem noi cum facem sa le adunam si sa la imprastiem:)) . Un deadline precis nu exista&#8230; Din cate stiu, Crumpler va efectua un transport la trei saptamani, deci colecta se poate face oricand. Pe langa genti, ghiozdane sau alte papornite care se incadreaza in promotie, putem adauga orice, jucarii, haine, dulciuri etc&#8230;</p>
<p>In speranta ca imi impartasiti entuziasmul si vreti sa-i ajutam cu cat de putin pe acesti copilasi, astept semne de la voi&#8230;</p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="JUSTIFY">Cand Citroen si-a anuntat intentia de a produce un monovolum mic, mintea mea a zburdat inspre modele ce urmau sa inspaimante lumea prin avangardism si culoare. De ce? Pai, pentru ca la ora aia C8 se dovedise un cvasi-esec, iar forma lui Xsara Picasso contravenea conventiilor vremii. C4 Picasso, desi nu era la fel de patratos, rotund sau complex, utiliza solutii tehnice sau estetice care nu-l recomandau clientilor traditionali ci mai degraba unui demografic ceva mai tanar si mai open-minded. Dar temerile mele au fost spulberate cand am vazut primele imagini cu C3 Picasso, o masina care poate fi inghitita cu mare usurinta de oricine. Parca e scoasa dintr-un videoclip VV Brown, dar in acelasi timp e si practica si se conduce si foarte usor, asadar se si preteaza unei largi palete de clienti.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="JUSTIFY">In spiritul asta, le-am prezentat-o prietenilor mei, fie ei tineri, si mai tineri, baieti sau fete, iar rezultatul m-a surprins&#8230; Toata lumea i-a confirmat factorul cool si trendy, trecand cu vederea conditia de monovolum. O prietena, fashionista/Station Trainer intr-o statie de alimentare Petrom, mi-a spus ca ar putea fi masina ideala pentru o gagica. <a rel="attachment wp-att-2639" href="http://raduborcea.wordpress.com/2009/10/13/citroen-c3-picasso-1-6-hdi-110-airdream/citroen-c3-picasso-31/"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-2639" title="Citroen C3 Picasso (31)" src="http://raduborcea.files.wordpress.com/2009/10/citroen-c3-picasso-31.jpg?w=225&#038;h=300" alt="Citroen C3 Picasso (31)" width="225" height="300" /></a>I-au placut interiorul sofisticat, oglinzile mari si faptul ca nu trebuie sa-si munceasca peste masura trupsorul de 1.60 pentru a se orienta in spatiul urban. Un alt amic, skater/biker/roller/student la arhitectura de felul lui, s-a imprietenit atat de bine cu masina incat i-a dat sa-i care tot echipamentul – ce credeti, Picasso s-a complacut si a indeplinit sarcina fara probleme – si i-a si aratat cateva scheme. Ar mai fi si fosta mea colega de banca din liceu, care desi nu e pasionata de masini, a petrecut muuulte ore in masina invartind fel de fel de accesorii dintr-o parte in cealalta. Ce vroiam sa demonstrez cu aceste cazuri? Pai, in primul rand, antecedentele nu se prescriu cand vine vorba de Citroen si in al doilea, monovolumele isi pot depasi rapid conditia cu putin efort din partea designerilor.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="JUSTIFY">La baza, C3 Picasso este un monovolum mic, menit sa se ia la tranta cu Roomster, Meriva, Venga sau Grand Modus si Musa. Asta se vede in forma de vagon, mascata ce-i drept de niste muchii usor rotunjite si de farurile ciudate pentru acest gen de masina (insa mai mult decat potrivite). Spre deosebire de concurenti, Picasso are o <strong>imagine puternica</strong>, pe care am asociat-o imediat cu o locomotiva, o <strong>suprafata vitrata imensa</strong>, care uneori iti da impresia ca te afli in interiorului zepelinului lui Nicole Kidman din Busola de Aur si un interior amplu, <strong>generos pe toate directiile</strong>, in care pot lua loc fara probleme cinci pasageri. Intocmai forma patratoasa a caroseriei le permite pasagerilor de peste 1.80 sa ia loc fara probleme, desi scaunele din spate par a fi asezate prea sus fata de cele din fata. Am constatat asta atunci cand m-am intins dupa butonasele geamurilor electrice. Desi este un model nou, se pare ca C3 Picasso nu este la fel de amplu la nivelul picioarelor pasagerilor din spate precum Meriva sau Grand Modus. Banchetele spate culiseaza 150 milimentri, ceea ce mareste capacitatea portbagajului de 385 la 500 de litri – suprinzator pentru o masina de putin peste 4 metri. Si daca tot povestim despre portbagaj, acesta se acceseaza foarte usor, gratie deschiderii ample a usii. Desi este foarte grea data fiind dimensiunea nu tocmai compacta, usa de deschide si se inchide foarte usor. Stopurile sunt asezate sus si sunt ferite de lovituri (chiar si de cele provocate de bagajele voluminoase sau grele). Nu se poate spune acelasi lucru despre farurile de ceata si marsalier, ce se unduiesc dupa fanta in care cade usa portbagajului. Podeaua perfect plana te ajuta sa incarci lucruri grele, iar spatiile de depozitare laterale pot gazdui obiecte fragile fara a le permite sa zburde prin habitaclu.</p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="JUSTIFY">Laudam mai devreme vizibilitatea de care te bucuri in C3 Picasso. Daca luam in calcul si acoperisul panoramic, la socoteala iese o suprafata vitrata de 4.52 metri patrati, compusa in mare parte de parbrizul imens format din trei segmente ce ofera o vedere panoramica excelenta. Acestora li se mai adauga si oglinzile imense, ce se incadreaza suprinzator de bine in peisaj. Pozitia la volan este foarte ergonomica si poate fi setata in toate felurile posibile, ramanand usor inaintata si, in acelasi timp, sigura. Botul poate fi reperat cu usurinta multumita farurilor plasate sus in structura acestuia, iar daca se intampla sa nu te poti lua dupa acestea, bandourile caciucate protejeaza vopseaua si caroseria de loviturile usoare. Spatele este usor masiv, astfel ca va recomand dotarea cu senzorii de parcare spate.</p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="JUSTIFY">Interiorul te face sa uiti ca te-ai urcat intr-un monovolum urban si te minte frumos, sugerandu-ti ca te afli intr-o masina de clasa compacta. Materialele sunt de foarte buna calitate, iar comenzile sunt preluate de pe 308 si C4, ceea ce ridica putin stacheta in clasa. Consola centrala inclinata iti permite sa accesezi comenzile cu usurinta. Acestea sunt potrivite ca dimensiuni, creand astfel un aranjament aerisit, pe care il poti invata usor si utiliza fara teama ca vei apasa doua butoane odata sau unul si nepotrivit. Iti poti imprastia fara probleme geanta si buzunarele prin masina si ai siguranta ca le vei gasi tot acolo, deoarece cele mai multe spatii sunt acoperite, sunt adanci sau captusite cu cauciuc aderent. Asta se intampla cu spatiile centrale&#8230; unul este situat pe bord si este acoperit cu capac si celalalt la baza consolei centrale. Fata de primul am ceva reticente. Capacul se deschide pe baza de impuls si arc, solutie care, in timp, se poate dovedi deloc fiabila. Ai si-un suport pentru cardul de parcare, astfel ca nu vei mai fi nevoit sa-l cauti prin geanta, borseta sau buzunare cand ajungi in fata casei sau parcarii subterane de la birou. Sa citesti cadrenele de bord nu e rocket science, desi ele par oarecum inabordabile in frumusetea lor. Unitatea ce integreaza martorul pentru<a rel="attachment wp-att-2644" href="http://raduborcea.wordpress.com/2009/10/13/citroen-c3-picasso-1-6-hdi-110-airdream/citroen-c3-picasso-79/"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-2644" title="Citroen C3 Picasso (79)" src="http://raduborcea.files.wordpress.com/2009/10/citroen-c3-picasso-79.jpg?w=291&#038;h=300" alt="Citroen C3 Picasso (79)" width="291" height="300" /></a> nivelul carburantului, vitezometrul si turometrul, se poate citi chiar daca soarele bate in el, dar asta stim cu totii de la C4, iar display-ul computerului de bord afiseaza in timp real cantitatea ideala de informatii de care ai nevoie: consumul mediu, instant sau range (depinde ce-ti alegi), ceasul, temperatura de afara si melodia sau postul pe care le auzi. E adevarat ca toata cabina o sa stie ce viteza ai sau ce consum si e adevarat ca, de vrei sa consulti parametri masinii, trebuie sa-ti iei ochii de la drum, insa toate lucrurile acestea tin de adaptabilitatea umana. Daca vrei sa nu depasesti o anumita viteza, poti activa limitatorul de viteza, sau daca vrei sa rulezi constant fara batai de cap o poti face activand cruise controlul. Recunosc, cu mana pe inima, ca-mi lipseste volanul cu butuc fix si uber-incarcat de comenzi. Nu ca nu as aprecia cei doi sateliti din stanga si dreapta volanului, insa acestia cer o perioada de obisnuinta cu asezarea butoanelor. Pe butucul fix comenzile erau lizibile, insa pe sateliti acestea pot fi doar pipaite.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="JUSTIFY">Din punctul de vedere al relatiei OM-MASINA, totul a mers perfect. Eu am aglomerat-o cu lucruri, ea le-a primit si le-a organizat astfel in cat si cel mai mic obiect (cheile de la casa) si cele mai mari (doua trollere si doi tabureti) au luat pozitie de drepti si nu s-au clintit indiferent de natura drumului pe care am rulat. Ca tot veni vorba de asta, directia pare ceva mai ferma decat la C2 sau C4, iar cutia de viteze in cinci rapoarte este by far una dintre cele mai bune cu care am lucrat pana acum, in sensul in care este precisa si pe pozitie indiferent de situatie. Imi amintesc de primul C4 pe care l-am condus, dar si de 206-ele pe care il conduc acum, si de senzatia de teu in piure pe care maneta schimbatorului ti-o dadea indiferent ca masina era sau nu in viteza. Ambreiajul este si el usor de folosit, astfel ca masina este usor de condus si ai nevoie de doar cativa kilometri pentru a te obisnui cu masina. Singurul aspect ergonomic mai putin reusit este pozitionarea franei de mana. Aceasta este situata pe podea, intre scaunele foarte inalte, astfel ca pentru a o manipula trebuie sa cobori dupa ea.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="JUSTIFY">Semnatura Airdream reprezinta angajamentul Citroen fata de protectia mediului si defineste automobilele eficiente, cu emisii poluante scazute si consumuri de carburant moderate, asta, bineinteles, fara un efect negativ asupra <a rel="attachment wp-att-2647" href="http://raduborcea.wordpress.com/2009/10/13/citroen-c3-picasso-1-6-hdi-110-airdream/citroen-c3-picasso-57/"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-2647" title="Citroen C3 Picasso (57)" src="http://raduborcea.files.wordpress.com/2009/10/citroen-c3-picasso-57.jpg?w=225&#038;h=300" alt="Citroen C3 Picasso (57)" width="225" height="300" /></a>performantelor. In carti, C3 Picasso 1.6 HDi 110 este catalogat in clasa C de emisii, adica la un nivel de 130 g/km in regim mixt. Daca asta nu am avut cum sa verific, am stat cu ochii pe consum. Acesta se situeaza in jurul valorii de 7-8 litri in Bucuresti si scade pana la 6 odata ce masina iese la drum – valori mai mult decat decente pentru un monovolum, fie si el de clasa mica, ce ruleaza cu patru pasageri si bagaje. Motorul este potrivit masinii, fiind fasnet si economic. Nu este nici foarte zgomotos, mai ales la viteza de croaziera, doar  in ture maraitul specific diesel-ului facandu-se simtit. Desi este destul de inalta, suieratul vantului este o problema doar in jurul oglinzilor (care sunt foarte mari si foarte practice) si doar la viteze mari. Aceeasi teorie se impune si in cazul rotilor, care in cazul variantei Exclusive vin cu jante de 16 inci.  Acceleratia se realizeaza rapid si masina este suprinzator de stabila pentru inaltimea de 1624 si latimea de 1730  milimetri. Suspensia nu este la fel de zgomotoasa ca cea de pe C4, insa are grija sa te traga de urechi cand treci peste denivelari. Scaunele sunt si ele foarte confortabile si ofera si un bun suport lateral.</p>
